The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling movements of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished product.
The key responsibilities of a Warehouse Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
oSchedules all inbound and outbound appointments and manages the warehouse calendar.
oConfirms availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
oProcesses inbound and outbound shipping documents and verifies accuracy.

The PersonThe key skills and qualities of a Warehouse Coordinator:
oHigh School Diploma or GED.
o2 years of experience in a warehouse office (3-5 years preferred).
oExperience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
oBi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
