Premier Hyundai of Tracy is offering YOU a lifelong CAREER as an Auto Sales Associate with a company that ALWAYS puts honesty and integrity first. The Auto Industry is BACK and STRONGER THAN EVER! Sales are up all over the country and here at Premier Hyundai of Tracy we have experienced a HUGE increase in demand for our products. As a result of this growth, we are currently looking to hire several Auto Sales Representatives!
REQUIREMENTS- Previous auto sales associate experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. HOWEVER, EXPERIENCED AUTO SALES PROFESSIONALS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY! Those with experience in customer service, account executive, financial services, mortgage and restaurant industries have proven to be very successful when switching careers to Auto Sales. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, a high school degree (or equivalent) and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. High-energy, positive, out-going individuals with strong verbal communication skills WILL succeed as an Auto Sales Representative with our stores!
If Selected, We Offer:
o Guaranteed income while training, starts as soon as you are hired!
o $50,000 - $100,000
annual earning potential!
o Up to 35% commission, plus volume and CSI bonuses!
o Available benefits include medical, dental, vision, and paid vacations!
o Hiring BOTH inexperienced and experienced Auto Sales Associates!
o Very low employee turnover!
o Ongoing training and development!
o Room for advancement into management!
