There is a great position open at our Tracy office.
All open positions will be responsible for performing various administrative support tasks, including operating office equipment, answering phones, communication with various state departments and completing general clerical work.
What you get to do every single day - Place and receive telephone calls - Demonstrate command of such tasks as data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and word processing - As required, offer support on diverse employee projects - Meet customers in a friendly manner - Providing accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion - Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required - Competent in handling office equipment - Knowledge of Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - A high school diploma or its equivalent is required for this position - Filing experience - Good math skills (basic math) - Knowledge of the US map and States (is a plus) Pay rate depends on experience.
