Batch Chemist Pay Rate/ $80 - $97K DOE Tracy, Ca (In person only) TBD Job Responsible for all chemical production and process management while maintaining and improving branch quality systems, with providing continuous improvement leadership in all areas. Oversee the batch process personnel. Duties and Analyze chemical variances, and initiate plans with technical director to address problem areas. Oversee daily chemical operations, ensuring chemical quality, safety, compliance and administration. Work with the Branch manager to build an organization of strong technical and manufacturing talent to support the rapidly growing business. Accomplishes objectives by establishing plans,measurements; while reviewing/ reporting progress to management Coordinate efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Ensure compliance with applicable governmental / corporate regulations and environmental, health and safety. Develop and implement procedures and processes to improve productivity. At least 3
years in on the job experience. Analytical Lab experience - testing of product and materials. Experience with flexible polyurethane strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Computer skill required. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
