Production Supervisor

2nd shift- Start time 1pm Location:
Tracy, CA No relocation offered Pay Rate/Salary:
28/hr.
Job Purpose:
The Production Supervisor oversees operations to meet production and quality standards, ensuring a safe work environment.
Responsibilities include training operators and coordinating schedules.
Job duties:
Ensure safety compliance and discipline employees if necessary Schedule department personnel and manage breaks Minimize scrap logs due to quality issues Receive production instructions and direct personnel accordingly Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Assist in key job roles during shortages Train and coach department employees Collect and verify daily production data Coordinate preventive maintenance Maintain housekeeping standards
Qualifications:
Industrial warehouse background required.
Good communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented with decision-making ability Strong attendance record Self-motivated and able to work well in teams Ability to multitask and perform preventive maintenance Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Coaching And Mentoring Communication Coordinating Decision Making Housekeeping Apply to this job.
