- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members.
- Assist with order entry.
- Provide office support by answering phone calls, responding to emails.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Experience - Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Previous experience in office management or administrative support roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
