- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Assist with follow-up -Filing - Provide support to various departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times We offer competitive compensation.
This is a three day a week to begin with the possibility of a 40hour work week.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
