The candidate must be able to multitask, be organized and work independently.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, cloud storage, fax and multi-line phone systems is required.
Strong grammar and typing skills will be necessary.
The office utilizes numerous forms of technology, so being comfortable with computers and other technology is required.
Full time position, Monday-Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4:
30pm.
Excellent benefits are offered after a 90-day probationary period, including medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance and a 401k match plan.
This is an hourly position with a compensation of $25.
00-$30.
00 an hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties:
Provide excellent customer service both in person and via telephone.
Answer incoming phone calls, document calls via email and billing.
Fill out intake forms for consultations, complete conflict checks and test calls.
Assist with client communication by following up with the staff for responses to clients.
Maintaining client files, reviewing the court ROA and ordering documents.
Ordering files and minute orders from court.
Drafting legal documents as directed.
Communicate the status of projects with the Office Manager and Attorney.
Establishing and organizing files; monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines; documenting actions; inputting information into file database and case management software; confirming case status with attorney and staff.
Maintain client confidence by keeping client/attorney information confidential.
Communicating effectively, orally and in writing.
Proofreading and reviewing all work prior to being submitted to Office Manager and Attorney.
Assist in maintaining the daily calendar with Staff.
Be detail oriented and learn the Attorney's preferences and requirements for the day-to-day routine.
Become fully knowledgeable of what the Attorney expects to be completed prior to forwarding work/files/etc.
Coordinate service of documents with process servers.
Other tasks as they evolve according to the candidates specific talents.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
