We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees, as well as managing employee relations and providing guidance on a variety of HR topics.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with employees.
Also, the candidate must speak/write both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Develop training and development programs.
Conduct employee orientation and onboarding processes.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution.
Assist in the recruitment process, including interviewing, screening, and selecting candidates.
Conduct performance and salary reviews Creates and implements training and development programs for new and current employees PAY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE.
