The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, willing to roll up their sleeves in other areas as needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank deposits, and general ledger entries Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management review Reconcile bank accounts at the conclusion of each month Prepare and submit monthly payroll checks Benefits and Insurance renewals and oversight Assist in the preparation of annual budget forecasts Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements for review by management Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
GAAP compliant is a plus Experience implementing or working with an ERP Strong Quickbooks or similar accounting software expertise Someone who can really roll up their sleeves and has no ego about getting their hands dirty.
This is a family run business and no job is too big or small 10
years experience doing AP and payroll Excited to take a nebulous role and really make it your own Universal enough to do order management if needed Humble, outgoing, easy to work with Ability to multitask and work independently Must be able to pass a background check Job Type:
