(Tracy Delta) is a locally owned waste and recycling collection company.
Tracy Delta collects solid waste, recycling and green waste from residents and businesses in the City of Tracy, the Community of Mountain House and Area F of San Joaquin County.
Position Summary Tracy Delta is seeking professional and highly motivated candidates for the Customer Service Representative position.
The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company services and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.
The customer service representative position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and multi-line phones.
Position Duties and Responsibilities Managing and answering moderate volume of customer service calls.
Responding to questions and resolving calls in an efficient manner.
Delivers service to customers in a manner that promotes goodwill.
Processes customer service requests according to established company policies and procedures.
This is a full-time position.
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:

to 5:
00 p.
m.
Some holiday work may be required.
No travel or weekend work is required.
Minimum Job Requirements Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively and manage time.
Ability to work well with all team members towards the goal of a positive experience for the customer.
Customer service experience preferred.
Computer experience required.
Spanish fluency highly desirable.
Compensation Compensation will be commensurate with applicable experience per hour.
