This position will be based in Tracy, CA, working Onsite.

What you'll be doing:
Aggressively source candidates including advertising, social media, personal networking, cold calling, mining resume databases, etc.
Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with a pipeline of qualified candidates outside of the enterprise, fostering long-term relationships to maintain a pool of qualified candidates and referral sources Extending job offers, as well as creating offer letters Overseeing high volume recruiting processes and implementing strategies for high volume recruiting Administers pre-employment screenings such as criminal background checks, drug screens, and onboarding documents Work with the Marketing/HR team to elevate our employer brand Participate actively in our DEI efforts; sourcing candidates from a variety of sources to increase the diversity of our recruiting pool Organize and manage career fairs, college and trade school recruiting events, high school outreach programs, and other efforts Source candidates, conduct and schedule interviews, and assist with the onboarding process to ensure a positive new hire experience Communicate and assure compliance with compensation, benefits, and leave policy and programs Other Human Resources related functions as assigned The successful candidate will have:
Excellent people skills, with the ability to build rapport and understanding with all types of individuals, while building interest and trust in the organization Good verbal and written communication skills; good grasp of composition and grammar Ability to deal with stress and pressure under tight deadlines, while maintaining professionalism and decorum.
Displaying a sense of urgency when dealing with fellow staff, and operations members in relation to business hiring needs Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data and information Advanced Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as HRIS Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving Strong conflict management skills Ability to work effectively with all levels of associates and management Strong interpersonal skills Degree of initiative; proven team player, excellent customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High volume HR recruiting experience to include positions from entry level, craft positions and management level supporting 5 warehouse distribution center Education/
Experience:
High school diploma required, Certification or bachelor's degree in recruiting or related field a plus.
Job experience may be a combination of the following, for a combined three years or more of

High volume recruiting experience (Onsite recruiting a plus) Experience working in an HR setting & partnering with a team Physical Requirements:
Work is sedentary in a field office environment.
Occasionally, set up career events, which will include lifting 25-50 pounds, pushing, kneeling squatting, etc.
