Will you join us on our journey? We are seeking a Whey Skilled Relief Operator to help us continue our successful trend in the global cheese and nutrition markets through quality of product and food safety at our Tracy, California production facility.
Competitive pay starting at $31.
00 and after 6 months will go to full rate of $32.
00 We Ask Of You To:
Will learn and understand how to operate, monitor, and manage Separators, Whey Cream HTST, Whey HTST, Ultra-Filtration, Niro Evaporators, Dryers, Mixed Liquid, Avapac, and Bulk System Learn and understand how to connect whey silos for production and CIP Must obtain State of California Sampler Pasteurizer License Relieve other Whey machine operators for rest and meal breaks Learn and understand how to safely work in each production area with specific equipment Perform sanitation program duties as assigned Pass the Plant Standard Operating Procedure and Technical Knowledge Assessment for all Whey positions Know how to solve operational problems in the workplace and know when to ask for help Learn and understand how to use MES and SAP systems All other duties and responsibilities as assigned You Have (Minimum Qualifications):
