The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, professional communication skills, and the ability to multi-task throughout the day.
Responsibilities Manage incoming calls from delivery teams Navigate dispatch software (training provided) Problem-solving basic customer issues related to the delivery process Assist with monitoring and overseeing loading and offload of the product by delivery teams Additional responsibilities as required Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Go the extra mile to engage customers Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Logistics experience preferred Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with delivery dispatch software a plus Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Pulse Final Mile is a growing company in the home delivery industry, with a strong team of experienced leaders providing direction and creating a positive company culture.
