Manages and leads a team of employees.
Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team.
Motivates team members and assesses performance.
Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.
Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.
Job
Responsibilities:
Ensuring timely processing of Outbound Orders Ensure all Outbound metrics are met related to One Day/Same Day handling.
Recommend processes to improve Outbound Picking/Shipping processes.
Complete special requests for partial res-ships and daily open orders.
Perform root cause for recurring issues related to shipping / picking processes.
Perform root cause for recurring issues related to Inventory Inaccuracy.
Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all procedures.
Ability to operate motorized equipment and train as needed on (Wave, Order Picker, and other equipment used within warehouse).
Work on other projects/assignments as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:

years of warehouse experience is required.

Forklift experience is required.

Cherry Picker / Order Picker experience is required.
Able to lead a team of 5 people (minimum).
Prior management responsibility is a plus.
Able to work weekends if necessary.
Ability to open warehouse by 6:

m.
during scheduled workdays.
Must be detail oriented and have experience using computer and internet.
Must be a team player.
Able to work a minimum of 40 hours.
Must be at least 18 years old.
