We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Assistant.
This position will provide administrative support to our real estate professionals and assist with various tasks related to marketing, sales, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist team leader and team with with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client databases.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other parties involved in real estate transactions - Conduct market research and assist with property valuations - Prepare marketing materials for listings and assist with online advertising - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address their inquiries or concerns promptly - Send out mailers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a real estate administrative role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in using computer software - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work - Multilingual skills are a plus- (Spanish) Compensation is based on experience and skills.
